When you are depressed (negative thinking)?

When you are depressed, what is one negative thought that you keep repeating to yourself over and over again?

When I get depressed, my negative self talk inevitably turns into "you aren't worthy." What are other people's dialogues with themselves in this emotional state?

mine are "i do everything wrong" and "i wonder how people can stand to be around me"
that or "i cant believe how immature that was of me" and "i cant believe i said that"
its mostly regret
but im in a pretty good mood right now!
:D
so cheer up
give it time and you'll be fine, i promise

My negative thought are always where is my talent? How come people get to do things so easily but why can't I. Do I really have my talent?

But to overcome all these emtional depressions, you got to think of what are your forte? Who you really are? They are good but you are not bad too, just that we all need to keep on improving. Life is all away how we look at it.

All these are some of the recommendation thought you can try it when u felt depressing.

I am useless, everyone is talking about me and that no one cares. Which is all true.
